Drink of the Week – 2.22.2010 – Caipirinha

Caipirinha
1 lime
2 tsp cane sugar
2 1/2 oz cachaca
Cut the lime into wedges. Muddle lime wedges with sugar in a shaker. Add ice and cachaca. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz triple sec
sweet-and-sour mix
Pour brandy, rum, and triple sec into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with sweet-and-sour mix.

1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz cranberry juice
Pour ingredients into a shaker over ice, strain into a glass, and serve.

Since we appreciate the referrals so much, if you refer us a client and we book their event (any event scheduled in 2010 or 2011) in the month of April, we will PAY YOU $20 FOR EACH EVENT!!
You must be a fan of Premier Pour Bartending on Facebook to be eligible for this incentive. Event must be booked and date secured by 11:59pm on April 30, 2010. Referrer must send an email with the event host’s contact information to info@premierpour.com before the event is officially booked.
