Drink of the Week – Martini Month – Ocean Water

Ocean Water

1 part blue curacao

1 part raspberry vodka

1 part apple pucker

splash of lime juice

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake, strain into a martini glass.

1 part raspberry vodka

1 part citrus vodka

1 part vanilla vodka

1 part blue curacao

cranberry juice

Rim a martini glass with sugar.

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake, strain into a martini glass.

Lemon Drop

1 part citrus vodka

1/2 part triple sec

1 part sweet and sour

Rim a martini glass with sugar.

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake, strain into martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon.

1 part vanilla schnapps

1 part orange vodka

fill with orange juice

splash of cream

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a martini glass.

Fill a tall glass with ice.

1 1/2 oz Vodka

Fill with orange juice.

Float 1/2 oz Galliano on top.

Garnish with an orange.

1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum

1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

Fill with pineapple juice.

Shake.

Garnish with a cherry.

1 oz melon liqueur (Midori)

Fill with equal parts cranberry and pineapple juice.

Fill a serving glass with ice.

1 oz Southern Comfort

1 oz amaretto

Fill with orange juice. Top with lemon-lime soda.

Garnish with a lemon.

Drink of the Week – 2.22.2010 – Caipirinha

Caipirinha

1 lime

2 tsp cane sugar

2 1/2 oz cachaca

Cut the lime into wedges. Muddle lime wedges with sugar in a shaker. Add ice and cachaca. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Between the Sheets

1 oz brandy

1/2 oz light rum

1/2 oz triple sec

sweet-and-sour mix

Pour brandy, rum, and triple sec into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with sweet-and-sour mix.
